Are you depriving yourself?

Occasionally, we all do this in subtle ways. When your brain said water you heard and ate a donut.

Did you watch that television show instead of going to bed? You may really need the sleep it’s requesting that will make you function better but you opted in for the alternative solution instead.

That doesn’t always mean that the alternative is bad for you but giving your body what it wants when it asks for it is better for you because you are in sync and consciously making it happy by satisfying its requests.

If you want to experience more opportunities to sync with the rest of you; just sit, be quiet and listen for the answer to the questions you ask.

Our soul is constantly telling us our next move so we can enjoy the highest and best that life has to offer.

Usually we’re too busy, not listening or so filled with all the external stuff the world is shoving down our throats; that we’ve given in to life’s distractions.

Every second of everyday is an opportunity to make a choice. It’s like watching a high speed car chase and that quick right or left just gave someone the slip or advantage they really needed.

You constantly make pivots all through the day. Are the things you want to shift to written down so they can be easily remembered and accessed?

Turn on your inner map and drill down to a magnification so even in dense fog you know your next turn is exactly 75 meters ahead on the right.

Work on your inner level of awareness so you can make the BEST CHOICES for you.
