Changes to your routine should be gradual so you can easily adopt them into your day and overtime will change the trajectory of your life. 

Make a list of the things you could do that would significantly change your life. 

Execute one and stick to it for 30 to 45 days. If you miss a day start the clock again from the beginning and then start another one from the list. 

Look at each one as a pebble in your pond that’s radiating ripples in your life. 

As you continue to implement the items from your list you’ll look back in 6 months and be able to measurably track your success.
