We all know every day is different.  

That includes the variables and us too. 

The way we feel plays a big part and how we respond to each moment of the day. 

Take the time after getting into bed to review your day; do so without judgement. 

Be a conscious observer, close your eyes and play your day back like watching a movie. 

Don’t worry about what you did or how you did it. Remember, it’s already in the past, part of your history and uneditable. So let’s not spend any emotion on it. 

What did you learn from it? 

Now program yourself for tomorrow by saying “Allow my best self to come forward at this moment, stay with me beyond my awakening and guide me through my day”.
