There will be times when your mind is filled with so much; that the room may seem to be spinning. 

You feel as if you are within the eye of a tornado or hurricane. 

We often forget that we are the master of our ship and have temporarily relinquished control. This tumultuousness needs to be rectified quickly so you don’t go down with the ship. 

Pull off on the side of the road of life and park. Catch your breath and breathe deeply. Ask your divine power to step in and provide guidance. 

I guarantee if you stop, clear your mind and listen; in less than 15 minutes a peace, clarity and resolution will bask upon you. 

Most of the time nothing is as bad as it seems. When we are open to solutions they appear. 

The challenge is to remember that when the ship is filling with water faster than you can bail it out; keep your wits about you. 

Just Hold On! 

If you hold a pencil in your hand and stare at the end for a period of time, you’ll notice it going in and out of focus. 

This blurred focus is the fine line of our dimension, a peek beyond our norm. 

Instead of blurriness it can also seem like we are seeing double. Either way you’ve arrived in a special space of clarity. Take some time and just go with it. 

You may notice your mind is blank, all the sounds around you are amplified and a distinct air of peace has surrounded you. 

Connecting with the divine is sublime. Venture into this realm with pad and pencil at the ready. Ponder in the silence or solicit your deepest questions. Don’t squander this moment. 

Listen and write as if in a trance. 

No Punctuation Needed! 

Trying something new often means embarking on the unknown; especially when we haven’t been given a referral. 

We have nothing to attach our warm and fuzzy to. 

Allowing the lack of this knowledge to impede our feet hitting the path is robbing us of the victory waiting on the other end. 

To bring unforeseen peril into the equation is like dumping the trash of the past on a perfectly good cake. It doesn’t deserve it and neither do you. 

It’s best to perceive a wonderful outcome and backtrack as you would on a map after you’ve pinpointed your final destination. The hotels, restaurants and fueling opportunities you encounter along the way are mere formalities. 

Stay on point and proceed to your destination; even when its sight unseen. 

The Journey’s Just Begun! 

We all have the right to be happy; it’s our birthright! 

We aren’t meant to be sad and blue. A quick pick me up can be obtained by instantly recollecting a happy moment in your past. 

Purchase a beautiful eye pleasing jar or box, write something that makes you happy or even better laugh, fold it up and put at least one in the container daily. For quick reference you can also do this in a small notebook that you can keep with you. 

This technique will assist in maintaining a high level of happiness throughout the day. 

Riding this wave of happiness in its highest form brings great joy which is the pinnacle vantage point of manifestation in receiving our goals. 

So if gloom knocks on your door, grab something from your arsenal and laugh it out of sight.

We don’t have to think about it, it just happens. 

There are many things that occur in our lives that seem “Automatic”. Then, there are the activities that allow us to think of other things and still get the job of whatever we’re working on done. 

You should be fully present in everything you do. Take in every nuance of the simplest tasks no matter how many times in the past you’ve done them. 

Savor each moment and note any differences since the last time. 

It’s usually during the mundane that the amazing happens. It’s not taking you out of the present but presenting you with a gift of awareness. This kind of focus will resonate throughout your life and appear when needed “Automatically”. 

Autopilot on a plane does some pretty miraculous things but pales in comparison to you.
