WEATHER THE STORM

WEATHER THE STORM

As we travel through life many things can and do happen to us.

We already have everything we need to deal with whatever may come our way.

Learning to separate ourselves from circumstances gives us greater control of our lives.

Imagine driving your car and suddenly storm clouds pass over you delivering a torrential downpour. Only the car is wet and luckily you are not.

Something happened but it didn’t directly affect you. You had protection and were safe from the elements.

Keep in mind you have your own individual protection from all adversity depending on your perspective. We all possess this protective barrier to guide us.

How you handle issues is part of your barrier and what you learn in the process will enable you to weather many storms.

Your barrier is your inner strength on many levels and constantly evolving.

So even when the storm is raging, maintain your focus for your desired outcome.

LET GO

LET GO

“Letting go” is an important part of life.
Even the movie “Frozen” has a song about it.
Our universe and very existence is designed for us to “Let go”.
There is a type of “Letting go” that occurs when we are born and again when we die.
We have to “Let go” of some things in life so they can be replaced by others.
Two things cannot occupy the same space so one would have to leave; another type of “Letting go”.

“Letting go” of bad thoughts allows you to receive better, more harmonious feeling thoughts.

Forgiveness, which is more so for us than the person we are forgiving is also another kind of “Letting go”.
We also grow in life by perfecting our ability to “Let go” and move on.
So when you are having a less than stellar day; just remember to “Let go”.
The very next minute, hour and day will be better.
Stay Blessed!
ROAD RAGE

ROAD RAGE

I’ve spent a good portion of my adult life battling “Road Rage”.

If you commute, you understand the term ever so intimately.

After personally winning the battle; my beloved husband has also enjoyed using numerous tools to calm his nerves.

There would be times he’d come home so steaming mad you could fry an egg on his head. That was until he realized that divine intervention was always bringing him back to me safely.

I suggested he not worry about how soon he got home but concentrated more on his journey, getting home safely and making his commute a more pleasurable experience.

Something as simple as getting a beverage and a snack would make him less anxious and gently divert his attention. Then there would be a spur of the moment meeting that would significantly alter his departure time.

That ceased being an issue when one day he checked the traffic report and realized that had he left when he intended; he would have been involved in a major multicar pile up.

I believe everything happens for a reason and I am continually grateful for this knowledge.

Segmenting is one of the best ways to maintain control throughout the day. You can stay in control of uncontrollable situations by setting your intentions with sub tasks.

Having a routine in place also creates a peaceful environment and a pleasant commute.

Doing a meditation for several minutes allows you to decompress and lays the foundation for your trip. Selecting an audio book or some music before leaving the parking lot creates a great atmosphere.

It’s not always what happens to you but how you react.

Enjoy Your Divine Intervention!

Stay Blessed!
MAKE THOSE STEPS

MAKE THOSE STEPS

There is no precursor to making a change.

You don’t have to move to a new location, wait till tomorrow or any other preconceived circumstance for at least initiation to occur.

It could be a jigsaw puzzle.

Get it down from wherever you stored it, clear off the table, open the box and empty it out.

You may not complete it at one time but you started.

All in all, our lives are a series of steps as we move from one thing to another throughout our day.

So when something seemingly insurmountable comes up; just remember, it’s just a series of steps usually taking you to a logical conclusion.

I believe in you!

Stay Blessed!
THE THOUGHTS YOU THINK

THE THOUGHTS YOU THINK

It’s a New Day; time to invest in what we want to become and it’s based on what we think about.

For each of us there must be a continuous stream of thoughts to choose from to manifest movement in our lives.

The time you spend cultivating your crops determines your harvest.

This same theory is implemented in your life by the thoughts you think.

Make sure your thoughts are producing the crops you want to create.

Here’s To Your Desired Outcome!

Stay Blessed!
