PERSPECTIVES – Part Two

PERSPECTIVES – Part Two

……shoot from the hip reactions drain our spiritual resources.

Remember a time when you encountered an emotional confrontation; didn’t you feel drained after the interaction?

How about when someone did or said something that rubbed you the wrong way and you continued to think about it the rest of the day or maybe even longer. At that point, you have lost control of your energy and basically gave it away.

Having tools to clear the negative emotional energy allows us to be much more aware and maintain a clearer, bigger perspective.

There are many clearing techniques that we can use to discharge the negative energy.

Catching the thoughts or triggers before the emotion takes control is crucial.

Recognizing the thoughts or triggers as they happen; for what they are, so that we become the observer with a bird’s eye view and now have a choice of how to respond.

When we do this on a regular basis it becomes a pattern, a part of who we are and in control of our energy; then we are able to maintain a clear perspective and be more confident of the choices and decisions we make.

Consistency is the key and doing something long enough it becomes a routine.

Let’s create the behaviors that will put us in control of our energy and our life.

PERSPECTIVES – Part One

PERSPECTIVES – Part One

Your perspective is a big deal.

If you’re faced with a situation that doesn’t go the way you want, do you see it as an opportunity to refocus or get you looking at the bigger picture that leads you in a different direction and even bigger success?

We frame our perspectives based upon our core beliefs.

The developmental programming of our core beliefs stem from our upbringing, past experiences, culture, faith and even current circumstances.

These core beliefs are at a subconscious level that creates a filter that we see the world through called perspective.

This filter is at a conscious level. It’s our conscious mind (the thinking part) that is the guardian to the gate (the subconscious).

This guardian will only allow things that it agrees with or twist things to match our beliefs.

Misunderstandings can create arguments and the information is perceived differently than what we meant.

Emotion has a huge influence over our perspective and things can happen that leave a lasting impression on our perspective. When we allow perspective to be tainted by emotion; any similar situation now has a haze of a previous circumstance.

It’s like seeing everything through rose colored glasses. We are no longer seeing the actual truth and now processing our choices and decisions with incorrect information.

We have also relinquished control of our energy and these……

YOUR HEART

YOUR HEART

Sometimes you know something before you can prove it.

It’s churning in your gut, you can feel it but because you lack the validity it lies stagnant.

Don’t allow this lull in your momentum to prevent you from your current surge. It will be wasted energy and time you can NEVER regain. Your most precious commodity of TIME should never be wasted; always use it wisely.

Quit second guessing yourself, you know you’re right so own it.

You’ve missed opportunities in the past that could have dramatically changed your trajectory and that ring on the merry-go-round of life is coming around again so don’t miss this opportunity to grab it.

If you need a confirmation that this is the correct path; then rely on the noticeable warmth in your heart or the sounds that says “YES” to let you know you’re on the “RIGHT” track.

Someone is influencing you right now who’s advice has far too long superseded your own intuition…STOP IT!

You’re better than that; search your own heart “FIRST”

You know better than anyone else; what’s BEST for you.

Follow your heart!

Stay Blessed!
PIVOTING

PIVOTING

Memories are wonderful but unfortunately we occasionally relinquish control when our participation is initiated by others.

We control what we think, how we feel and what we say; having more pleasurable thoughts lies within us and our aptitude to rewrite our portion of the memory exists. We also decide what we will look back at and remember.

When bad feelings or less aligned thoughts flow into our minds; it’s important to replace them with better feeling thoughts…immediately.

Observing and retaining our composure throughout the day allows us to string together many good feeling thoughts. Then mastering long periods of time till we can do this all day, for days, weeks or months at a time is the goal and a tremendous part of attracting what you want in your life.

This is an example of pivoting our emotional energy at will.

How long can you be happy or pivot back to your happy place?

It takes approximately 68 seconds to pivot to and hold a new thought for better feeling vibrations. It’s like making a left turn at the light in your vehicle; then once the turn is complete you are headed in an entirely new direction.

What new direction will you pivot into today?

This higher stream of consciousness is equivalent to effortlessly floating your canoe down the river. What will you do today to keep your boat upright and moving down the river?

It’s important to maintain your float, flow, movement and destination, simultaneously.

With practice, it’s like breathing.

PRACTICE

PRACTICE

Everything has a season; a specific gestation period.

Sometimes ideas are not ready to be birthed no matter how ready we are for them to happen.

There may be missing elements that we are unaware of and the proverbial “you don’t know what you don’t know” is present and active.

In your gut you believe all the elements are there but something is just not quite right.  That gut reaction is your true gauge; it’s your inner compass that is there for a reason.

Don’t allow your mind to supersede your feelings in this scenario; anything else is going against the grain of your core.

You can exercise this gut reaction by using three cards from an ordinary deck of playing cards. Identify your selections, turn them face down, move them around, put your hand on one and communicate silently querying their identity. Validate by feeling warm to the touch as the card communicates with you.

This simple exercise will over time tune up your gut reaction and intuitiveness.

Be open to the responses as you cultivate this technique.

Trust Your Gut!

Stay Blessed!
