We can be inspired by really good music that touches us down to our soul, enjoying a really great cookout with our friends and family, a beautiful piece of literature be it a poem or novel and let’s not forget movies that can make us cry or roar. 

Inspiration can also spur us into action and creativity. 

Your creativity doesn’t have to be music, a book or movie. 

There are many ways to express your own uniqueness. 

Perhaps you like to cook or bake and invent some fantastic new delight. 

Maybe gardening is your thing and you produce the best blooms. 

Whatever your deep seeded passion is, don’t leave it buried.

What is the weather where you are today? 

Years ago, I read that Dr.Wayne Dyer learned that he could actually control the weather. 

Now on one hand this may seem strange, but he was actually speaking about your internal weather. Sunny or gloomy, dark or bright –those are internal weather conditions. 

You can choose today what your weather is going to be by the thoughts you think and the actions you take; your feelings will always follow. 

So I’m inviting you to think a beautiful, sunny day!

There was a wonderful movement several years ago called “A Complaint-Free World.” 

It involved living 21 days in a row without complaining.  

A lot of people were really surprised how challenging this was for them! 

Living complaint-free can make such a huge difference. 

Instead of complaining about something you don’t like, use the situation as an opportunity to find a solution.  

It will give you pause and you’ll find that you’ll think differently and more creatively.
