FEEL THE BALANCE

FEEL THE BALANCE

Do you remember what it was like when you learned to ride a bike?

Those thoughts have been vivid reminders to me during the past few weeks of my physical therapy. Trust me; their balance board is nothing as easy as my first bike ride.

I realize it may be difficult at first to know what this balance feels like.  Then, after a few falls and skinned knees; mastering your balance by tipping less in either direction is achieved.

Your real life isn’t much different.

When you go too far one way or another, life tends to give you a scrape, a bump or sometimes a knock on the head.

If you learn to really pay attention to the inner voice guiding you, you can live a life of balance with ease and grace.

When you’re balanced, pay attention to the way you truly feel.

Stop struggling.  It’s just that easy!

Enjoy The Ride!

GO WITH THE FLOW

GO WITH THE FLOW

I saw a really great video recently of a meandering stream that flowed through the mountains, flanked by huge, beautiful majestic trees. (This is one of my favorite visualization for abundance.)

The stream continually flows on and on even though there are many obstacles in the way.

The water flows effortlessly around the rocks, big and small towards the great ocean of possibilities.

It is responding to its own inner call.

We all have our own flowing stream.

There is an inner call that is pulling you right now towards your life’s vast possibilities and there is nothing impeding your flow.

Pay attention to the pull of the current you feel deep down in your heart and let it lead you.

Go With The Flow!

Stay Blessed!
MUSICAL VIBRATIONS

MUSICAL VIBRATIONS

Did you know that every single piece of music like any other sound is vibration?

Your own body resonates with music; you emanate your own vibration while responding to the music.

Take out one of your favorite pieces of music be it instrumental or filled with vocals and really listen to it, like it is the first time.

Your body responds to sound at a cellular level; it has the ability to strengthen your immune system and other vital functions.

Music can dramatically change your mood. Take some time today, listen to some really good music and notice your response to it.

Don’t be afraid to tap your feet or get up and dance.

Enjoy The Music!

CULTIVATING SILENCE

CULTIVATING SILENCE

We are never really surrounded by silence. There is always some sort of sound lurking just beneath the busyness. Is it familiar sounds, voices or something just slightly indiscernible so you just can’t quite make it out?

If I asked you what it was, would the description just roll off your tongue or would you need time to ponder your response? We can’t always respond straight off the hip and affording contemplation is reasonable.

Most straight off the hip responses are right from the gut without hesitation. We feel it; we know it and it literally jumps out of our mouths.

Cultivating your inner self relationship will allow more of these types of responses to pour forth from you with ease. At lot of times we know the answer but feel unsure of ourselves.

Here’s something you can use to practice working on your inner self relationship. Take 3 non see through cups and one small object (ball, coin or whatever you choose).

Put the item beneath one of the 3 upside down cups and move them around, without concentrating on the cup with the object. Ask yourself quietly where the object is located?

Over time, you will consistently be right in your presumptions.

Do allow for an off day here and there but your percentage will be way up from your initial effort. This is a great beginning to feeling your way into intuition.

Enjoy Your Greatness!

PERSPECTIVE

PERSPECTIVE

Not a day goes by that we don’t think of our loved ones; our significant other, spouse, children, parents, extended family and friends.

The lingering thoughts we carry have an effect on us personally. Never harbor ill will for a prolonged period of time.

The true essence of who we are is love. Holding onto anything less will eat away at the very fabric of who we are.

Today I challenge you to meet every adversity with kindness and an inquisitive eye.

Realize this moment as an opportunity to increase your knowledge and not as the negativity portrayed that’s blinding you to the real truth.

The lesson plan varies for a reason. Sometimes the most important lessons can only be learned when they REALLY have our attention.

Be open to a different perspective.

Stay Open!
