We all bear witness to our lives, those of others and the world at large. 

When it’s time to testify; we may find ourselves on different pages. 

Opinions differ and recollections are as varied as we are. 

Be sure to scribe the moments that call out to you and pay special attention to those that touch your heart. 

These illuminate the most as they light the way to your flight path so you can see your way clear prior to take off. 

No matter how minute don’t discount their importance. 

Every detail plays a part in the story that perhaps right now means very little but for now is just an introduction into the story. 

More about its relevance will be referred to later in your epic. 

Its true value will make the previous notions equate to an understanding of AHA’s.  

Don’t dismay the story has not ended. It’s time to compose your next scene.

Many of us have triggers that usually have negative connotations. 

They are associated with people, events, places or circumstances. 

It can be a memento that pulls you back in time. 

Some are so deep that the smells, visions and physical sensations allow you to relive that particular moment. 

As you prepare to clear out your clutter? 

Hold each piece around your house and decide if its usefulness in your life still exists. 

If you don’t get a response, donate it, give it away or trash it.

Give it a new life with someone else.

There’s a deep innate desire to be and give the best. 

That can be difficult to do when you just aren’t “feeling” it. 

You’ll find that some days are easier than others to pull the anchor back into the boat and set sail again. 

Then they’ll be days you just cut that sucker loose and leave without it. 

Either way requires you feeling good about your decisions whatever they may be.

A large part of doing that is thinking thru those choices prior to execution. 

If you’re not taking the time to do so then this is a perfect time to start. 

Don’t wait till next week, next month or next year.

The time is now to embrace change in all its inevitable forms. 

Change is your friend, constant companion and gateway to a better you. 

Step into your best; like a cozy pair of slippers.

A person sinking in quicksand will ask for help.

In our everyday life we don’t because we don’t think the issues are that dire. 

Believing it is and reaching out anyway delivers the same reward…help. 

Sometimes the mere act of reaching out has more value than the actual help obtained. 

There is no shame or make you lessor for asking. 

Stand in your humility and let the human out. Even though we are spirits having a human experience, don’t deny the human its due. 

The physical side of us has a purpose and this extension of our soul transcends to our humanity and sharing with others. 

Interactions are crucial and need cultivation to expand the spirit and vice a versa. 

Don’t be afraid to reach out and make a connection. You never know who you might meet.

There will always be times when we feel we are aimlessly stumbling around in the dark. 

We can’t see our way clear and not only is there no light at the end of the tunnel but there is no tunnel.

It is times like these that you must hold on and persevere. 

Quite often it is times like these when you are on the brink of a deep discovery that will signal a major turning point in your life. 

It will come without much fanfare, probably no announcement at all. 

It will be a pivotal moment that will level you up many times into something totally new outside of your current comfort zone. 

Don’t back up or turn away, this is your moment and there is no itinerary when it will loop back around again, if ever at this magnitude.

This is a rare opportunity, don’t squander it but hold on tight and enjoy the ride. 

Something really special will bear great results for you.
