Many people look at placing things in groups for organizational purposes. This doesn’t satisfy the delineation necessary for future use.
There will come a time when you won’t have the luxury of extra time to get your hands on the resource immediately.
It’s time to prepare the “one touch”. This technique can be applied to multiple aspects of your life; including business and personal. A great example I use; I open a piece of mail and I’ll use a bill in this example. Open the envelope, scan the documents into your computer into a folder for this particular company, trash the envelope and shred the actual document.
This is a process with a beginning, a middle and an end. It sounds simplistic and most processes are but since this follow thru activates repetition it’s a good place to start.
Many things we do in life are the culmination of a series of steps and some have more steps than others but if we continually break tasks into their lowest common denominator; not only will it elevate our energy but allow us to vibrate at a higher level.
The numerous unrelated aspects of your life are only separated by time. The “one touch” will really come into play when something specific comes along and now this new perspective you’ve been practicing will expedite the process.
If you practice this on different projects then your brain will learn to quickly work out the best…whatever and it will dramatically change the outcome.
Often, new concepts don’t always take us where we think it will go but the expansion of your mind with new ideas will change the way we see things. And as we see things differently it expands our options far beyond what we initially thought was possible.
There’s more than one way to do anything; you just need to be able to open your mind to see them.
Enjoy your mind expansion.
