HUMANITY

HUMANITY

Shared experiences keep us connected.

When a marine meets an airman, navy seal or army cadet there is a comradery that surpasses the branches.

Police and firefighters run towards danger when the rest of us are running away.

Superseding all of this is our humanity. It is greater than all of our classifications.

Look beyond what makes us different and embrace our similarities.

Let’s walk more than a mile in each other’s shoes and understand the tick of one another.

One heart, one beat and one love.

All we really need is love.

Stay Blessed!
ALL-ENCOMPASING

ALL-ENCOMPASING

Most of the wonderful things that happen in life are a culmination of ideas that are implemented.

They fill our hearts; constantly show up in our dreams and the waking hours of our thoughts.

They are visualized so much their appearance was imminent.

I’ve heard the term “with every fiber of my being”.

This is an all-encompassing sensation for me and a familiar feeling that washes over me every time I hear it.

This statement is the rallying cry that unifies all of me when I start my day.

This powerful invocation requires specific additional verbiage to initiate the process.

Say it for three minutes in a quiet place with your eyes closed.

See and hear what comes up for you.

Your divine connection has been established!

WHAT SAY YOU?

Stay Blessed!
BACK AND FORWARD

BACK AND FORWARD

We’ve all had times in our lives where we thought we were taking one step forward and discovered it was also two steps back.

In reality, it is the universe signaling to us that there is something that needs reviewing and more data is possibly coming forth.

Examining information or materials a second time gives us the opportunity to recalculate information in a different time/space continuum.

Experiencing this data at different times also highlights and interprets differently after the first go round.

With fresh eyes, our growth is essentially like replanting our roots or trimming back our branches before sprouting new leaves.

There is even the added bonus of additional data being transmitted to you that is beneficial to the scenario.

Even though you might equate this to failure; just remember all the famous people throughout history that failed numerous times prior to their success.

Don’t allow a presumed failure to preclude you from greatness.

Your success is about to bloom.

Stick With It!

Stay Blessed!
MILESTONES

MILESTONES

There are many milestones in our lives; graduations, marriage, children and grandchildren.

There are other milestones which become the “Ah ha” lightbulb moments that are significant turning points that will change our life forever.

We know exactly when these moments occur and think to ourselves “It can’t get any better than this.”

Today can be significant in your life; stay open to the possibilities, be grateful and keep on the lookout for your “Ah ha” moments.

Life is great; make it memorable.

Here’s To You!

Stay Blessed!
JOY AND PAIN

JOY AND PAIN

Life happens and there is always a lesson to be learned.

I had replacement surgery on both knee in the last quarter of 2022 and fell a few days ago for the first time since the surgeries.

As I laid there, in my head I could hear my coach saying, “Well, how long do you want to stay here?” This malady became an excellent opportunity to tweak and apply her teaching and that of my physical therapist.

From day one, my main goal in physical therapy has always been to get up from the floor totally unassisted. I learned many techniques to get up and quickly selected one to change my situation.

I placed a towel next to my knee as I rolled over onto it and shifted my weight on my knee as I grabbed the sink and pulled myself up.

Yes, I hollered as I rose to my feet but I stood up.

I STOOD UP!

I stood up and I could feel a relief wash over my body.

I felt lighter because I finally shed the fear I’d been holding onto since the surgeries. That fear was stronger than I knew but it was gone.

FINALLY GONE!

I learned many lessons from this experience.

I got what I wanted. The goal of self-sufficiency in my physicality was achieved even though I didn’t initially realize it.

I even started walking more confidently after that. The spring in my step was BACK.

The next day I walked into the physical therapy facility and hugged my therapist. I cried as I told her about my fall, how grateful I was for her and all the things she teached me that worked when I needed them the most. She started crying too but she was happy to have this knowledge to start her day!

Sometimes your BIGGEST pain can bring you the BIGGEST JOY!

Stay open and allow your lemons to give you lemonade.

Stay Blessed!
THE LIGHT

THE LIGHT

We all have a light that emits a glow inside of us; it’s our own little pilot light.

There are situations that happen to us and our responses regulate the light.

This light doesn’t exist on the physical plane but the spiritual.

We have the ability to extract different kinds of light; to strengthen, to heal, to convert and always to improve.

This light can be nurtured once discovered and cultivated closely to be magnificent.

Thru time and visualization we can believe we see it until we actually can.

With practice we generate more of our own light and radiate it out over distances or pinpoint its energy with purpose.

This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine. Let it shine. Let it shine.

Stay Blessed!
