Surely you can step through the task, step by step of getting a glass of milk from the refrigerator. 

Getting the glass from the cabinet is just as important as opening the refrigerator to retrieve the milk, then opening the container to pour the milk into the glass. 

Each step you visualize has a place in the series of events and crucial to the end result.
