Everyday our emotions are constantly being stimulated.
That can be good or bad depending on our availability to cope.
It isn’t necessarily a full out onslaught but there are many people and things that intentionally “trigger” a specific outcome.
It’s taken me many years to learn how to “NOT” react to certain things.
I haven’t totally mastered this skill yet but my road rage is gone, COMPLETELY!
I think before I speak and I’ve come to realize that when I say something I can’t take it back or unring that bell.
I’ve noticed the wide variety of repercussions that could have been different if I’d just waited, not said something or just exited the building.
I never thought leaving was a viable option since it was a selection my parents used and I didn’t particularly care for how that turned out and not realizing that I could put my own spin on it.
The amount of stimuli for some folks can be overwhelming.
Exploring, owning and using our emotions to accomplish our goals is the gas in our manifestation scenario.
Vocalize and visualize with feeling; the same feeling you’d have during actual participation.
You have the power to harness your own energy to make your dreams come true. Be more proactive and less reactive.
