We cease to exist without the oxygen we derive from breathing. 

Mastering different breathing techniques gives you greater physical control. 

When you wake up; take a deep breathe (count to 6), hold it for a count of three and exhale slowly (count to 6) and repeat. Try this several times to set the tone for your day. 

Breathing deeply allows oxygen to heal the cells in our bodies and relax our muscles before and after working out. 

It also aligns our centers, resets our spirit, clears out our mental cobwebs and infuses us with renewed ideas. 

When we are overly excited or stressed we can breathe deeply to fill our lungs to their capacity and slow down our heart rate. 

Practice breathing deeply, continuously throughout the day.
