Love is the bridge between you and everything.
Keep silent because the world of silence is a vast fullness. I want to sing like the birds, not worrying about who hears or what they think.
Dealing with the voices in your head can be a confusing matter.
When you include all you have to do on a loop track playing inside your head; it is difficult to discern the value from the voices.
Rest assured; with practice and a little time, quieting your mind is crucial in extracting the good.
I used to think it was just my spirit guide transmitting guidance to me.
Then I realized it was also the voice of the divine that was providing wisdom and used me as a broadcast medium.
There were also the loved ones of days gone by that would reach out without really waiting their turn or identifying themselves.
And last but not least; you know how you call someone or they call you and you both exclaim “I was just thinking about you”. This is a talent we all possess that requires very little cultivation.
All of these examples, we are able to enjoy by simply quieting our minds.
There really is wisdom in the silence.
